Jim Waters

Jim Waters is a singer-songwriter who has lived in Sharon for over 20 years.  A founding member of the now defunct but still legendary local band The Moose Hill Ramblers, he has appeared at a variety of Sharon events, including the Unitarian Church Bean Supper, The Lakeside Concert Series, Family Week, The Sharon Arts Festival, and The Beech Tree Park Concert Series.  He has also played at clubs and other venues in Boston, Providence, and a number of towns in the area.

His repertoire encompasses original songs, as well as covers of traditional, country western, folk, and contemporary singer-songwriter pieces.  Among his songwriting credits are the title track for local artist Don Bailey’s CD, New Friends, New England (co-written with Don), as well as thirteen original songs on his 2008 release Justa Buncha Songs.
